Daily Basis: We offer you double room occupancy at Rs.1500 per room plus 5% luxury tax as applicable. We offer special discounts for bulk booking and corporate clients.

All discounts and offers are subjected to change at management’s discretion.
Our special discounts for our corporate clients would be like 10% off on all our executive rooms & 15% off on all our suite rooms. That is like 1350/- & 1700/- when compared with any budget hotel or guest house on par the rate’s are exactly 50% less.

Monthly Basis: Special discounts (For corporate client’s only) avail executive room’s 2 No’s @ 72000/- per month 5% tax. Inclusive of all the facilities like.

1. Laundry: Bed sheets, towels, pillow covers except guest clothes.
2. Water: 24 Hrs hot water & packaged water for drinking.
3. Electricity:- 24 Hrs. Power back up
4. Security : 24 Hrs attenders & Guards’ .
5. Transport: - Avail One way i.e. pickup 50% from airport & rly station.
6. Banquets: - Party space for 40 member’s max is available if any other party is not present on that particular day.
7. Dinning: - Dining space for 20 members with 42’ plasma T.V. with sea view.
8. Business Center: All three lobby level’s have adequate space for six to ten people for any corporate discussion with sea view.
9. Multi cuisine Restaurant: - an in house cuisine restaurant is present from 11 AM to 3 PM & 7PM to 11 PM.
10. WIFI: - All ways stay connected with in house Wi-Fi system.
